Infobip and Network International bring WhatsApp business services to Africa's financial institutions

Digital payment solutions provider Network International has partnered with cloud communications company Infobip, to bring WhatsApp for business banking services to financial institutions across Africa.

The collaboration will also help financial institutions deliver premium support and seamless services in a personal, timely, and reliable manner, a statement said.

For individuals this means people can access their money securely and quickly, as well as utilising the latest chatbot technology to help empower customers to take control of their finances.
