BCX recognised as a top employer

South African-based ICT company BCX has announced that it has been certified as a top employer in 2022, by the Top Employer Institute.

The Top Employers Certification brings together HR leaders and their peers to connect, inspire, and celebrate a better world of work.

It recognises and celebrates excellence in people practices, brings together peers and colleagues with the same mind frame of making the workplace a better space.

“We are delighted to have received the certification as a top employer,” said BCX CEO, Jonas Bogoshi. “It confirms BCX as a future focused company, that has created an environment where our employees are motivated to adapt and innovate, so that they can successfully guide our customers through new technologies  and rapidly changing landscapes, enabling their clients’ businesses to thrive.”

The company commended its Chief Human Resources Officer, Hope Lukoto, as the driving force behind creating the environment where motivated and innovative employees can thrive.

Lukoto was nominated in 2021 as one of the top HR Leaders in South Africa by peopleHum.

“In an ever-changing workplace, it is important that organisations consider better ways of working and not only look at productivity, but, importantly, recognise employee satisfaction and value.  The Top Employer certification validates the work done by BCX in this area,” says Lukoto.

The online Top Employer  certification awards  ceremony was held on 20 Janaury 2022.
